The Las Vegas City Schools strive to allow specialized education based upon the individual needs of each child as prescribed and defined by the Federal Individual with Disabilities Improvement Act and the State Exceptional Children's Education Act. Along with the expertise of our special education teachers, we also provide services from our paraprofessionals, nurses, mental health providers, speech, occupational, and physical therapists.
